1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of AI Hairstyle, operated at hairstyle-ai.net. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
AI Hairstyle provides tools that let users upload a photo, choose hairstyle and color options, and create an AI-generated hairstyle preview. The Service is intended for personal reference and experimentation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including available styles, credits, models, and generation limits.
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and protecting your login credentials.
3. Images and User Content
You retain ownership of photos and other content you upload, subject to the limited rights needed to operate the Service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to upload each image and instruct us to process it.
You grant AI Hairstyle and its service providers a limited right to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process uploaded images and generated results only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy.
We do not use uploaded images or generated results to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. Do not upload images that contain confidential information or people who have not given you permission.
4. Credits, Payments, and Refunds
A new browser session starts with 10 server-side credits. Each hairstyle generation uses 10 credits, including a generation that fails or times out. When the balance is below 10 credits, no new generation request can be submitted. Clearing cookies, using private browsing, or switching browsers or devices may create a new anonymous session because account login is not yet enabled. Credits are currently provided free of charge and do not expire while the Service is offered free of charge. If we introduce pricing, taxes, or paid packages, we will publish the applicable terms on this page before you are charged.
The Service does not currently offer paid purchases or subscriptions, so no payments are collected. If paid features are introduced, payments will be processed by a third-party payment provider, and the applicable checkout terms and refund policy will be presented before you complete a purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to violate laws or third-party rights; upload content that is unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, or deceptive; impersonate another person; bypass limits; access systems without authorization; interfere with the Service; or use generated results to mislead others about a real person.
We may remove content, suspend access, or limit generation where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or third parties.
6. AI Results and Disclaimers
AI-generated previews are illustrative and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular person. Results do not guarantee a salon outcome, hair color, cut, texture, or appearance. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use a result.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the same extent, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service, including decisions you make about a hairstyle on the basis of a preview. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that the law applicable to you does not allow to be waived.
7. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security reasons, legal requirements, or operational reasons.
