In one paragraph
If a preview fails, the paid credits for that attempt come back to your account automatically. If a preview succeeds, the credits are spent and are not refundable — you have received the digital content you paid for. Free credits are not refunded when a generation fails. Unused credits are not refundable either, but one-time packs never expire, so nothing is lost by keeping them.
Free credits and paid credits
| Credit type | Where it comes from | Refund on a failed generation |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 credits granted to a new browser, plus 20 more the first time you sign in with Google | No — free credits are not refunded |
| One-time pack | A single purchase; the credits never expire | Yes — refunded to your balance automatically |
| Subscription | A monthly or yearly plan with an allowance that resets each period | Yes — refunded to your balance automatically |
Credits are always spent in this order: free credits first, then subscription credits, then one-time pack credits. That means a failed generation normally uses free credits, which is why the automatic refund applies to paid credits only.
When a generation fails
- If the AI model returns an error or times out, paid credits are returned to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.
- Free credits consumed by that attempt are not returned.
- A request blocked by our content screening (see the Acceptable Use Policy) is not a technical failure and is not refunded.
- If you believe a failure was not credited back, write to us with the approximate time and we will check the record.
Unused credits
- One-time packs never expire. Buy 10 previews, use three, and the other seven are still there next year.
- We do not refund unused one-time credits, because the content was delivered in full at the moment of purchase and remains available to you.
- Subscription allowances are different: they reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. Unused subscription credits are not refundable and are not converted into pack credits.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel.
- Cancel any time — from the customer portal linked in your account menu. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then simply stops.
- We do not refund part of a period. If you cancel halfway through a month, you keep the allowance for that month and are not charged again.
- If a renewal payment fails, we retry; if it keeps failing the subscription lapses and no further allowance is granted.
Duplicate or wrong charges
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged an amount you did not agree to, tell us and we will fix it — those cases are always refunded in full, including any tax.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply begins, provided you gave your prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right.
That is exactly how our checkout works: at the payment step you are asked to agree to immediate delivery of your credits and to acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day withdrawal right. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase.
Before you dispute a charge
Please write to us first. A chargeback takes weeks, and we can almost always resolve the issue the same day. Chargebacks raised without contacting us may lead us to close the account, and any credits already spent are deducted from the disputed amount.
How to ask us
Email styhai987@gmail.com with the email address on your account and, if you have it, the approximate date and time of the purchase or the failed preview. We answer within a few days.
