Acceptable Use Policy

AI Hairstyle previews a hairstyle on your own photo. This page explains what the service may be used for, what is forbidden, and how we enforce it.

Applies to: hairstyle-ai.net and every feature that generates an image. Enforcement: automated screening before generation, plus manual review of reports.

What you may do

AI Hairstyle exists for one purpose: showing you how a haircut or hair colour could look before you commit to it. You may use it to:

  • Preview a hairstyle on your own photo.
  • Preview a hairstyle on a photo of someone who has given you permission — for example, a client in a salon chair who asked you to show them options.
  • Download the preview and show it to your stylist, share it privately with friends, or post it yourself.
  • Use the free credits we give you, and buy more if you want them.

It is a hairstyle preview tool. It is not a face-swap tool, and it is not built to move one person's face onto another person's head or body.

What is forbidden

Sexual and explicit content

  • No nudity, sexualised, pornographic, or otherwise sexually explicit imagery.
  • No "NSFW", "uncensored", "unfiltered" or adult-content generation of any kind.
  • No using the service to create suggestive or degrading imagery of any person.

Violence and gore

  • No violent, graphic, or gory imagery, and no content that depicts or glorifies self-harm.
  • No content that threatens, incites, or celebrates harm to any person or group.

Hate speech

  • No content that attacks, degrades, or dehumanises people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • No symbols, slogans, or imagery associated with hate groups.

Child safety

  • No sexualised or unsafe content involving minors in any form. Any request of this kind is blocked, reported where the law requires it, and ends the account.
  • No images of children, whether uploaded or generated.

Other people's identity and likeness

  • No face swaps, deepfakes, or face transplants — swapping one person's face onto another person's photo is forbidden, with or without AI.
  • No impersonation of any real person, and no using a preview to suggest that a real person looks a way they do not.
  • No uploading a photo of someone else without their permission.
  • No images of celebrities, public figures, or private individuals used to imply they endorsed something, or to mislead anyone about what they look like.
  • No images of minors.

Copyright and trademark

  • No replicating a copyrighted character, brand, logo, uniform, or trademarked style, and no using the service to infringe anyone's intellectual property.
  • No uploading photos you do not own and have no licence to use.

Harmful, illegal and abusive use

  • No content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
  • No attempts to bypass our content screening, credit system, rate limits, or sign-in.
  • No automated bulk generation, scraping, reselling of the service, or using it to train another model.

If a request is not a hairstyle preview — or if it is aimed at any of the above — do not submit it. We may refuse or block any request at our discretion.

Photos of other people

By uploading a photo you confirm that it is yours, or that you have the permission of the person in it. If you are a stylist using AI Hairstyle with a client, that permission is yours to obtain — get it before you upload.

You keep ownership of your photos and your previews. You give us only the limited permission needed to store and process them so the service can work, as described in our Privacy Policy.

How we screen requests

  • Every generation request is passed through automated content screening before any image model runs.
  • If a request is flagged, we block it and no image is generated.
  • If screening cannot be reached, we fail closed: the request is refused rather than generated unchecked.
  • We keep a record of blocked requests (without your photo) so we can show that this policy is enforced.

What happens if you break this policy

  • First response: the request is blocked and you see an error instead of an image. Credits spent on a blocked request are treated as described in our Refund Policy.
  • Repeated or serious abuse: we may suspend or close your account and refuse future service.
  • Illegal content: we may report it to the relevant authorities and cooperate with lawful requests.

Breaking this policy is also a breach of our Terms of Service.

Reporting misuse

If you believe someone is misusing AI Hairstyle — for example, a preview of you that you did not consent to — write to styhai987@gmail.com with the details. We investigate every report and can remove content and close accounts.
